Standard finish in a powder coat that meets AAMA 2604 specification, provides low maintenance, excellent durability, and resistance to fading chipping, and peeling.
- Stock colours available are black and White.
- Custom-matched colours available as an extra cost item.

PAINT GRADE
The standard for paint grade is Primed Poplar with the following Benjamin Moore colours.
- FSD Standard White pm-2, Oxford White cc-30, Chantilly Lace oc-65, Simply White oc-117, FSD Black.
STAIN GRADE
The standard for stain grade is vertical grain Douglas Fir with 2 coats of acrylic clear finish.
- The following Sansin stain colours are considered our standards: Latte, Purity Int. Glacier, Puritan Pine, Provincial, Cinnamon, Dark Cherry, Hazel, Special Walnut, Red mahogany, Dark Roast, Ebony.
- Custom stain colours are available as an extra cost option.

10-year warranty that all products shall be free from defects in material and workmanship.
Locks & Handles
5-year warranty on all locks and handles.
Exterior Finish
10-year limited warranty against cracking, peeling, and gloss & color retention on all exterior finishes for most aluminum profiles.
Insulated Glass Units
20-year manufacture limited warranty against seal failure
The only exception to the unlimited guarantee promise is general wear and tear of the unit where damage has been caused or the door has been incorrectly used abused and not maintained over a period of time.
